We offer a 30-day return window for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large machinery returns.
Are the ball machines compatible with all types of tennis balls?
Our machines are designed to work with all standard tennis balls, including pressureless and low-compression balls. We recommend using pressureless balls for the most consistent performance.
Can I use my portable machine in damp or rainy conditions?
To protect the electronic components and internal motors, we strongly advise against using any Lobster Sports equipment in the rain or on wet courts.
