At Lobster Sports, we stand behind the quality of our ball machines and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

Pack Securely

Place the product in its original heavy-duty shipping carton with all original protective foam inserts, manuals, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a traceable carrier like FedEx or UPS to the address provided by our team.

Inspection and Refund

Once received, our technicians will inspect the machine for wear and tear; approved returns will be processed for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
